PARALEGAL
Myriam is a paralegal at Spears & Shelf, having obtained her Paralegal Certificate, earned with distinction, in June 2026 from the UCLA Extension. She has been with the firm since 2014, starting as its first administrative staff member, and later working as a legal assistant and practice manager for several years. Having found a deep satisfaction in assisting clients with their estate planning and trust administration needs, Myriam now focuses on client communication, drafting, and preparation of legal documents.
Myriam also holds a B.S. in Design and a minor in Art History from the University of California, Davis. Prior to that, she attended the Lycée Français d’ Alicante, a French language immersion school in Alicante, Spain. Besides having a good understanding of the French language, Myriam speaks Spanish fluently, and enjoys making a good paella.
