Tracy Torres

Tracy joined Spears & Shelf, LLP, in 2022 as a Certified Paralegal bringing 27 years of experience to the team.  Tracy began her journey receiving her paralegal education from Newbridge College, Tustin, California in 1996.  She furthered her studies in 2006 at the University of Riverside Extension Campus and sat for her two-day examination to receive her Certified Paralegal credentials from the National Association of Legal Assistants.  Tracy has worked in all areas of law but has mainly focused in the practice area of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration.

Tracy was born and raised in Southern California; however, she did live in Las Vegas, Nevada for 14 years.  She has now relocated back to California with her husband that she has loved for over 30 years, and they now reside in Oceanside where she is happy to live close to her son again.  Tracy’s favorite hobbies are watching the waves crash into the sand, riding her motorcycle on winding roads, and playing with all of her pets at home.
